MaskFit Plus’ Payment, Refund, and Privacy Policies
Prepayment at the time of registration is required. Any rescheduling and cancellation requests must be made in writing to email@example.com. The following refund, cancellation and transfer policies will apply.
MaskFit Plus Business Days and Hours of Operation are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Our administration office is closed on weekends and government holidays.
Course Cancellation By MaskFit Plus
Should it be necessary for MaskFit Plus to cancel a session due to low enrolment or instructor illness, your registration will be transferred to another course at no charge or a full refund will be issued.
Student Course Cancellation/Transfer Request (must be made at least 3 business days in advance!)
NOTE: All student transfers/cancellation requests with less than 3 business day’s notice are not permitted. To cancel or transfer a course, this request must be made in writing at least three (3) business days prior to the scheduled course date.

Cancellations and Transfers
Any requests to cancel or transfer a session must be made in writing at least 3 business days in advance of your scheduled training session. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or transfers made with less than 3 business days in advance of your course. NOTE, all weekend days and local holiday days DO NOT count as a BUSINESS DAY. Allowable transfer/cancellation request must be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org during business hours. Any “after business hour” cancellation/transfer email request will be considered to be received the NEXT business day.
All all times, for transfer requests to another session date, at least 3 business days notice is required. There is a $15 administration fee for transfer requests.
Once a candidate transfers to another course, the candidate may no longer request or obtain a refund/transfer should they decide to subsequently cancel/reschedule the course for which they were originally registered.
When candidates do not show up for the course for which they have registered, the full course fee per candidate will be charged and no refund will be given.
Please notify MaskFit Plus in advance of any absence due to illness. A notified absence due to illness will be treated as a Course Transfer.
As an additional precaution against transmission of COVID, colds and influenza, you will not be permitted to attend a class if you exhibit signs of such illness. You will be asked to request a transfer to a different date.
Course Cancellation by MaskFit Plus
Though rare, MaskFit Plus reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule a course in the case of an emergency, instructor illness or low class enrolment. In such an event, participants may choose either a full refund or transfer to another date.
MaskFit Plus will attempt to notify participants of any cancellations at least 48 hours prior to a course.
During inclement weather we will attempt to notify participants of any cancellations due to storm conditions at least 24 hours prior to a course.
Our Commitment To Privacy
We take customer privacy seriously and do not sell or give out any customer information.
Your privacy is extremely important to us. The trust placed in us by our customers is absolutely essential to our success. We understand that and do all we can to earn and protect that trust. We do not share your personal information with any outside companies.
